Shielding - conductive coating

conductive coating for preventing Emi = electromagnetic Interference

Shielding - conductive coating for preventing Emi = electromagnetic Interference.
The Shielding technology is a process for creating conductive coating on plastic, to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI).
The process is carried out in a number of stages, when the first stage consists of spray paint on the required surface.
The catalytic paint base allows selective coating. In the second stage, a uniform coating of electroless copper is carried out.

Next, is third stage consisting of electroless nickel coating.
Each coating layer provides unique physical advantages.
The catalytic paint layer allows selective coating.
The copper layer is highly efficient in preventing electromagnetic
interference and the upper nickel layer protects the lower copper layer from being exposed to environmental damages, and improves durability.

Coating Characteristics

  1. Excellent protection efficiency of more than 80 decibels
  2. High conductivity - low resistance below 0.05 Ohm, minimal interference in complicated areas.
  3. Excellent stability under environment conditions (Corrosive resistance, temperature and humidity resistance.)
  4. Coating ability of geometrically complex shapes allowing flexibility when designing the product.
  5. Extremely good adhesive of the coating, preventing peeling.
  6. Increased durability in all the contact points.
  7. Minimal thickness of the coating - providing efficiency in uniform shielding.
  8. Protection efficiency can be changed according to EMI requirements.
  9. Uniform coating, preventing variation in thickness.
